Project Seek is Hong Foundation’s platform for cultural transmission and artistic practice.  Founded with creators in mind, it aims to construct a diverse, multi-generational ecosystem through sponsorship programs of varying scales to support ongoing contemporary art.  Key programs include the Question Project, an annual commission for a new work of art; the Extension Project, a sponsorship for artists with global potential; and the Canopy Project, an annual open call for artistic entries of any genre in any format. 

覓計畫是基金會文化播種與藝術實踐的平台，以創作者的角度出發，構築跨世代多元的文化生態，啟動不同尺度的贊助計畫來回應行進中的當代藝術。 包括「問問題計畫」是以提問式的策展方式，委託製作全新的藝術創作；「認養計畫」是支持贊助獨特且具有國際發展潛力的藝術家；「雨棚計畫」則是 於每年徵選不限類型的藝術展演活動。

Since its establishment in 1995, Minlong Forum, following its core concept of systematic, in depth and sustained learning, has offered courses taught by nearly 100 scholars who are academically achieved and experienced in the fields of literature, history, philosophy and art, delivering knowledge and passing on classical humanistic values for over 25 years. The forum has held more than 700 distinct courses in humanities, generating over 400,000 unique student visits, all gathered here to learn and grow. Moving forward, the Hong Foundation, upholding its mandate of charity and openness, will continue to promote education of the arts and to actively explore new possibilities for learning.

1995年成立的敏隆講堂，至今已逾二十五年。以系統、精緻、長續的核心理念，邀請近百位文學、歷史、哲學、藝術領域，有專業學術建樹與教學經驗的名師講學，傳授學問及傳承悠遠的人文精神。創辦以來策辦七百多門人文教育課程，超過四十萬人次曾在此一起學習知識。迎接洪建全基金會新的願景，將以公益、開放的理念，策辦多元創意的藝術、科技教育活動，積極探索學習的各種可能與想像，以人文藝術啟發我們的未來。

In 1987, Hong Foundation Executive Director Celia Hong established the Taiwan PHP Sunao Community after visiting the PHP Research Institute Japan, to promote the sunao spirit as well as reading. The PHP Sunao Community consists of approximately 60 reading groups and 600 members; all upholding the sunao spirit to carry on reading and learning with an independent and proactive mind.

洪建全基金會與日本PHP研究所交流，於1987年由基金會時任執行長簡靜惠女士成立台灣PHP素直友會，簡稱素直友會，提倡素直精神，推廣閱讀風氣。素直友會讀書會群約有六十個讀書會團體，近六百位會友；所屬讀書會團體秉持素直心，以獨立自主的精神讀書與學習。
